Natalie Loi is an award-winning Malaysian technologist, researcher and international speaker shaping how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are applied across governments, cities and education.** She is the Co-Founder and Head of Technology at **UnBound® Malaysia & Australia**, where she leads the development of artificial intelligence, augmented reality and advanced data systems for smart cities, government digital transformation and immersive learning across global markets. Through UnBound, Natalie has helped develop digital learning initiatives that have reached more than **500,000 students worldwide**, including free educational resources aimed at improving access to technology and reducing the digital divide. She is also the founder of **Mossy A.I.**, an award-winning system combining artificial intelligence with nature-based solutions to monitor pollution and support more sustainable urban environments.

Natalie was recognised with the Gen A Emerging Leader Award at the Melbourne Asia Game Changer Awards, Tatler Asia’s Front & Female Awards Innovator, and recognised as Women of the Future Southeast Asia in Science, Technology & Digital. Beyond industry, Natalie serves as a Board Advisor to the Southeast Asia Research Centre for Digital Technology and Society at Monash University Malaysia. A published researcher and editor, she has contributed to work and teaching spanning AI ethics, digital inclusion, fintech, immersive technology and the future of digital society. Her work focuses on building technology that is practical, responsible and inclusive, while strengthening Southeast Asia’s role in shaping the future of global innovation.
