Closing the Action Gap: What Turns Commitment into Change? One practice. One commitment. One year.
She-Tech
Conferences often generate brilliant dialogue, but real impact requires moving from discussion to tangible commitments. Facilitated by veteran business journalist and broadcaster Audrey Raj, this 60-minute action lab is a cross-sector dialogue bringing together leaders and future leaders to identify one practical action organisations can commit to implementing within the next 12 months to create greater opportunities for women in the digital economy, including AI and emerging technologies. Commitments could include mentoring 100 women, introducing AI fellowships for students, or creating clearer pathways for women into technology leadership. Progress and lessons will be shared at SHE-TECH 2027.
