Remote Work Malaysia is also home to Malaysia’s first and largest community of over 100,000 remote professionals dedicated to healthy, productive and fulfilling remote work. Wan Xin started her career in workforce transformation and development, helping organizations build the people capabilities they need to be ready for the future. She has worked with corporations, government agencies and non-profits across Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and Qatar. She holds an MBA from the Asia School of Business, founded in collaboration with MIT Sloan. She was a recipient of the China Synergy Program for Outstanding Youth and represented Malaysia at the IATSS Forum in Japan, a distinguished leadership forum for high-achieving young people from Southeast Asia. Outside work, she lives an adventurous, low-waste lifestyle and loves exploring new cultures, diving and trail running.
