Devid Gubiani is a globally seasoned telecommunications executive whose career spans more than three decades across Europe and Asia, shaping the evolution of broadband and digital infrastructure in emerging and mature markets alike. He serves as President and CEO of PhilTower Consortium Inc. and Miescor Infrastructure Development Corporation (PhilTower MIDC), one of the Philippines’ fastest-growing independent tower companies. Under his leadership, the combined companies has accelerated nationwide tower rollouts, strengthened industry partnerships, and reinforced its commitment to building resilient, shared digital infrastructure. He is also the inaugural President of the Independent Tower Companies’ Association of the Philippines (ITCAP), where he champions collaboration among tower operators and advances policies that enable sustainable industry growth. He concurrently serves as Group CEO of Global Network Inc. and lead large-scale digital infrastructure initiatives throughout Southeast Asia. Prior to leading operations in the Philippines, Devid held senior executive roles across Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, and Germany. His C-suite experience includes leadership positions at PT Internux (BOLT) and Ananda Livemore, driving network expansion, commercial transformation, and operational scale. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President and Acting CTO for Broadband Networks, Asia Pacific at Ericsson, where he steered broadband access strategies and product innovation across diverse markets.
