She graduated with a PhD in Computing Science from Newcastle University, United Kingdom. She was awarded her Master’s Degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University, Australia and her BSc Degree in Computer Science (Hons) from University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. She also obtained her Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs, The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Master Trainer for Computational Thinking from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). She has also participated in the Digital Leadership Excellence Programme, jointly organised by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Huawei.
In general, her interest focuses on Green Energy, Data Analytics, Computational Thinking, Cultural Heritage Innovation, Service Learning, Industrialisation, and Community Development. She has contributed to a range of publications, including academic journals, articles, magazines, coffee-table books, and other professional publications.
With over 25 years of professional experience, she has served in various capacities as an academic leader and senior management member, lecturer, researcher, consultant, and development practitioner, contributing to education, research, industry engagement, and community development.
