How Lih Ren is the Chief Business Officer of U Mobile, where he oversees the company’s enterprise business segment. With close to three decades of experience in telecommunications, management consulting and regional business leadership, he has worked extensively across Southeast Asia driving growth, technology innovation and business transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions across Malaysia and Thailand, bringing expertise in enterprise and consumer solutions, digital services and next-generation connectivity. At U Mobile, he focuses on strengthening the company’s enterprise offerings and supporting enterprises in adopting technologies that enhance operational efficiency, connectivity, elevate business growth and customer experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School.
