Teh Chai Peng is the Founder and CEO of Complete Human Network (CHN), a Malaysian provider of Enterprise Mobility as a Service (EMaaS), Device as a Service (DaaS) and AI workplace solutions. CHN supports secure and sustainable digital transformation across government, education, financial services, aviation, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Before founding CHN in 2012, Chai Peng spent over 20 years in technology leadership roles at Oracle, IBM, and Avaya. Under her leadership, CHN became an Apple Premium Business Partner, Malaysia’s first Jamf Elite Partner, and a MyHIJAU-certified e-waste collection centre. CHN also won the Enterprise Digital Services – AI Workplace Platform category at the PIKOM Digital Excellence Awards 2026 and received an ASEAN SME100 Award in 2025. Chai Peng’s personal recognitions include the SOBA Platinum Female Entrepreneur Award and the ASEAN SME100 Female Leadership Award. She is also a Council Member of the ESG Association of Malaysia (2025–2028).
